AMST-Systemtechnik GmbH has appointed Mr. Manfred Bauer as Chief Executive Officer effective 1. July 2018 to lead the company through the next phase of growth and innovation. Mr. Richard Schlüsselberger, the company’s founder, retires as CEO but continues to support the AMST Group as a mentor and advisor.

The Spanish Air Force − Centro de Instrucción de Medicina Aeroespacial (CIMA) awarded its contract for the control system repair and upgrade of the recently installed FALCON Hypobaric Chamber to AMST. Recurring issues with the operation and maintenance of the chamber prompted the need for this upgrade. Installation and acceptance has been completed after only 6 months in early June to the satisfaction of CIMA operators and directors.

The award was presented by AsMA President Valerie Martindale and Brig.Gen.(rtd) Dr. Erich Rödig (AMST Aeromedical Consultant) during AsMA Honors Night Ceremonies, 10. May 2018.

The Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) has awarded its contract for a new Aeromedical Centre, consisting of AIRFOX ASD, Hypobaric Chamber and NIGHTFOX Night Vision Training System to AMST. AMST wants to express its gratitude to the RAFO Team for the professional evaluation and discussions during the entire procurement process. We are looking forward to a fruitful and successful long-term cooperation with the RAFO.
